项目配景

广东能源托克逊风电储能项目是 “疆电入粤” 能源运送系统中的重点清洁能源工程,座落在新疆吐鲁番市托克逊县小草湖和阿拉沟区域。项目计划总装机容量 100 万千瓦(1GW),分阶段推进设置装备摆设;此中一期工程装机范围 50 万千瓦,配备 50 台 10MW 高单机容量风机电组,今朝已经实现全容量并网发电。

The Guangdong Energy Tuokexun Wind Power Energy Storage Project is a key clean energy project under the "Xinjiang Electricity Transmitted to Guangdong" energy transmission system, located in the Xiaocaohu and Alagou areas of Tuokexun County, Turpan City, Xinjiang. With a planned total installed capacity of 1,000 MW (1GW), the project is constructed in phases. The first phase has an installed capacity of 500 MW with 50 wind turbines of 10MW high single-machine capacity, and has now achieved full-capacity grid-connected power generation.

To smooth wind power output, improve renewable energy consumption capacity and enhance the operational stability of the power grid, a 10%/2h energy storage system (50MW/100MWh) is constructed synchronously in the first phase of the project, and the complete set of equipment for the energy storage system is exclusively supplied by Beijing Welion New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

The project is constructed by Guangneng Tuokexun New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. invested by Guangdong Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. (Yuedianli A). After the full co妹妹issioning of the project, it is expected to transmit about 900 million kWh of green electricity annually, which will play an important role in optimizing the regional energy structure and reducing the total carbon emissions.
